@cbrydon: BEEN THERE!!! πŸ™‚ Don’t let it get you down… although I know it is hard.  Sometimes I worked out my hardest and followed the plan and I STILL don’t lose weight.  My fiance always reminds me that is a journey and there are going to be obstacles along the way…. I usually ignore him, work out extra hard and weigh myself 1/2 way through the week! πŸ™‚ Keep going!!!

@cbrydon: Good for you! I do a 20 minute Jillian Michaels video before work and then on M, W, T, Sat, I take an intense aerobic class at the gym.  do you mind working out? I typcially hate it but then I found these classes and love it!

Also been there…I decided not to weigh in this week because I KNEW I was there this week because of major stress…it’ll come back off….for you and for me…don’t worry!!!

@cbrydon: I was doing the 30 day shred and made it for 23 days and then life got in the way.  I have recently started back up and alternating between level 2 and level 3 each day ( I get bored if I just do one of them) Level 3 I find a little more difficult but I really like the way my arms feel after level 2…..like they are going to fall off! πŸ™‚ I skipped my weigh in last week because I was in CT for my wedding shower and we all know how that goes…but today I lost 1lb which I am happy with since I didn’t really keep myself in check all that much when I was in CT.  I have lost 29lbs total but it has taken me over a year. I would like to lose 7-10lbs before the wedding but my dress fitting is May 1st so that doesn’t leave me much time. 

You definitely have to give yourself a break if you are sick. you will get em next week! πŸ™‚
