I think WW is a great option for you!  It definitely helped me understand what I was eatting, also how to eat and be satisfied while still eating healthy.  It’s not just a diet, it’s a lifestyle change.

Here’s another thread here.

I’ve felt very similarly before. All during high school I fluctuated between 125lb. and 130lb. After graduating in 2008, I started packing on more than the “freshman fifteen” and shot up to 178lb. I was so insecure and constantly wondered why Fiance was still with me. I knew I had to do something, so I started Weight Watchers in June of 2010. It was definitely a lifestyle change, but one that I stuck with, and I am glad I did. I have renewed my confidence and feel so much better physically and mentally. It is the only diet that has ever worked for me! I am now 124lb., which is 54lb. down from when I started less than a year ago! I am so happy, and think that you should definitely consider it if you are unhappy with where you are at now.

I do the online program, because I can not make it to the local meetings. They have forums you can participate in for encouragement and I know a few bees on here check in once a week to stay on track with Weight Watchers as well.

Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the best of luck!

I love WW!  I once lost 30 pounds on it, and plan on starting again next week (less than 6 months till the big day!)  good luck!
