I have before! It was very effective and taught me all about eating right, portion control, and balancing certain types of foods with the point system.

I used to do it.  It’s really helpful and I still use a lot of the things I’ve learned from it to eat healthy.  I ended up quitting it to save $$ and also because I feel it’s a little harder to use after I found out I can’t eat dairy.  They encourage you to have 3 servings of dairy a day, I think it is.

I used it off and on for a year and lost about 35 pounds. I stopped using it once I felt like I had the principles down. It was VERY helpful is teaching me portion control, etc. like EJS said. The cost does add up, but I definitely think it was worth it!

I did the free trial and now model my diet loosely based on it. Fiance is still on it, although he’s not paying as much attention as he was at first. 😉

I’ve found it to be incredibly effective for as long as you stay motivated enough to stick with it honestly.

I am doing it and I love it!

I lost 20 pounds on it last year! And now I am starting up again to get my weight down a bit more before I order my dress!

I had a girlfriend that did it and lost 60lbs. She learned healthier habits through it and has kept the weight off, and quickly lost it again even after she had another baby!

I did it once.  Yes, it works, but yes it is expensive.  It is also tough to stay motivated enough to sit through the meetings.  They are long, and ussually take place in the evenings when I am especially hungry.  You need to wait for everyone to get weighted in, and as you sit there you think of all the other places you would rather be!  We would very often get up and leave after sitting for 1/2 hour before the meeting even started.

But it does work, without a doubt.

Love WW…I lost 40 lbs a couple of years ago and have kept it off!  I still try to eat based on the points system, the only way it works for me is if I actually keep a points journal!!

I.. am an old pro at WW. Then I keep falling to the siren call of Chick-fil-a and Chipotle and it’s all over! Starting again tomorrow thought!
