Totally works. IF you stick with it and play by the rules. And it’s NOT a diet 🙂

I love Weight Watchers. I rejoined recently and lost 4.6 lbs. the 1st week! The plan really does work. As someone else mentioned, it’s not a diet but a lifestyle plan. For me, going to the meetings/weigh ins really make a huge difference. I feed seeing commercials to join free right now. Check their website for specials in your state. good luck!

IT WORKS! I promise, this will be the BEST thing you can do for yourself. I started with 40 lbs to lose, and I only have 10 left.

I will tell you- the first few months are easiest. You’ll lose the first part of the weight fast (I lost 11 lbs the first month) and then by the end it will slow down a lot (I’ve slowed down to like 1-2 lbs a month at this point) but I also don’t work out as much as I should Undecided

If you count your points and stay active, you will lose weight. It will be a process (It took me over 6 months to lose 30 lbs) but you will see results and you’ll feel great!

I’ve been wanting to join weight watchers! I have over 100 lbs I would like to lose and my wedding isn’t until November 12, 2011.. so I have plenty of time to do it a safe way. Hmm.. I’m going to check out their website. I’ll look for the thread tomorrow morning, too!

@Mrs. Meowerson: It is very daunting. I have lost about 80lbs before, but work problems and moving made me gain back about 40lbs. It is really nice to have a support group, I’m so glad I found weddingbee!

@daniellerenee85: i actually lost 70 on weight watchers before, but when i went off it, i put 40 back on…if we stick with it and help each other out, we can definitely keep it off.
