Goals: Lost any at all this week (Im going on Vacation with family and won’t be able to do any tracking)

Starting Weight this week: 174.6

Lost: 1.6 

Current: 173

Total Weight Loss: 10 pounds 5% mark today!

What’s your overall goal? To feel comfortable in my clothes… sometimes when I sit down my pants dig into my tummy and it hurts 🙁

What are your goals for this week? Not to eat any of my weekly points only my daily points! and drink more water!!

Starting weight this week? 200 lbs

Lost this week? 0.8

Total weight loss? 25.6 so far but I seem to be stuck at that number!

Goal weight 150 lbs

Starting Weight this week:  218.6

Lost:  .2 (but I lost 5.8 last week!)

Current:  218.4

Total Weight Loss:  35.2 lbs!

Goal Weight:  Not sure yet, but somewhere south of 153 (I need to lose over 100 lbs)

Am I too late to join in?


Goals: My goals are to get healthier, more active, and not become a statistic!

Starting weight: 2__ (I’m not there yet…I’ll tell you guys eventually, but I just can’t right now…)

Lost: 3lbs

Total Weight Loss: 3lbs

Goal Weight: 175 lbs. I’m 5’9″, so I feel like 175 is a good place for me.


Guys, I need some motivation. I’ll be honest. I lost 40 lbs almost two years ago. I’ve gained it all back. Between a change in jobs, eventually really hating my job, and celebrating our engagement, new jobs, holidays, etc., I let myself gain it back. I’m really mad at myself, but I’m trying not to dwell on it. Anyone have any tips for sticking with it??

Total lost since start is 16.4!

Im really excited this week because for the first time I ate all of my weekly points! I was so worried I was going to gain but I actually lost more than I have some other weeks 1.2 pounds! Smile

That is super exciting for me, because honestly their have been times that I was hungry, or wanted a treat badly and didn’t because I was afraid it would make me gain. This week I didn’t care, threw caution to the wind and I ate all of my dailies and all of my weeklies and still lost. I have to say it was soooo much easier this way.
