winewithwedding :  No, I tracked for maybe a year or so, maybe slightly over. Haven’t tracked since then. It would be pretty daunting to go back to it, I think, but I know that it works. I really do try to stick to meals. I eat fairly healthy breakfast (oatmeal or smoothie), lunch (salad or small container of leftovers), and snack on fruit in between if I am really hungry (but usually no snacks). This gives me a wider berth of calories for dinner. I still try to be conscious of serving size, using smaller plates, etc. It honestly does become second nature once you are doing it for a while.

winewithwedding :  Thank you!  Some weigh ins will be great – others, not so much.  Just know that each weigh in starts a new week to do your best!  It’s so great to know that, at any time, you can reset.  Agree that Skinnytaste is amazing.

I am slowly losing weight with this program.    

What I find good about it is there is a lot of 0 point foods out there.  I guess what I can say is don’t stress if you only lose small amounts of weight or if one week you gain a few hundred grams.   

Your body is going through a lot of changes.    I’m currently plateauing which is annoying but I know my body is slimming down.   I have lost 2 dress sizes in 3 months.   I have another two dresses to go before goal.  

Also don’t compare your weight loss with other people’s achievements.  I am on a WW group on social media and I felt so annoyed at my body when I saw someone who started the same time as me lose 20 kg while I only lost 9 kg.   Just had to remind myself we are all different.

winewithwedding :  I know how you feel.   I would love to get back to the same weight I was when I met my Fiance too.   I know then I can be fit, keep dancing all night etc.
