For those of you who are doing Weight Watchers, what do you typically eat for each meal and how many points does that usually add up to?
For me, breakfast is ALWAYS cereal. Vector or Kashi which are both 6 pts each I believe. Plus half a cup of skin milk, 1 pt. And, if we have fruit, I’ll slice some up and put it in there too.
Lunch is usually a sandwich or a wrap with deli meat, lettuce, and mustard. Usually around 7 pts as well.
Supper, I REALLY love chicken breasts so that’s usually what we have. Then a carb of some sorts, brown rice or baked potato with salsa and veggies of course. 🙂

My days sound similar to yours.
Breakfast is almost always cereal and skim milk
Lunch is a turkey sandwich on wheat bread with a serving of pretzels (I love salty snacks!).
Snacks during the day are fruit and yogurt
Dinner is usually something different every night. I plan the whole week before I go food shopping and try to prep as much as possible because I don’t get home until 6:30-7 after working all day and going to the gym so I am always starving. I am a HUGE fan of skinnytaste.com so a lot of my dinners are from her site

I try not to eat a carb-based breakfast. I like protein at breakfast, because it keeps me more full. I just made a smoothie, with frozen strawberries, papaya and pineapple, with a Fat-Free Organic Raspberry yogurt and a little skim milk. That was 4 PointsPlus.
I also love Eggs w/ Salsa, I normally make 2 eggs with a 1/4 cup Salsa =4 PointsPlus
For lunch I usually have a MorningStar patty of some variety, on a SandwichThin, with a crap ton of veggies on it. I love the Asian MorningStar Patty, it’s the best. This is 6 PointsPlus.
For a snack, I love 2 pieces of Wasa bread w/Laughing Cow cheese & bell peppers or apples= 2 PP. I also love fat-free CoolWhip mixed with FF Chocolate Pudding. 2PP and it tastes like Chocolate Mousse.
My favorite dinner is Brown Rice, Black Beans, Cilantro, Corn, Salsa & Peppers. It’s super tasty and low in points. If you have eTools, look up “Tex-Mex Beans & Rice Casserole”, which is also super good.
I also a lot of clementines, apples, baby carrots, etc. I pack little snack bags for school/work.
