We were on Weight Watchers together a little while ago.  Breakfast can be a lot of things.  Eggs (egg whites are even less points!), cereal if kept in the right portion (I suggest rice krispies, they’re almost no points compared to other cereals), even a pop tart.  Lunch we generally did a deli meat sandwich on wheat bread with light mayonnaise with light ruffles on the side (you can even have two tablespoons of ranch dip for not much more).  Dinner we liked lean cuisines but their recipes are pretty good sometimes.  Also, soup was good.  You can still have things like fast food just watch what you get (at Wendy’s, chicken nuggets with chili isn’t that bad for you for example).  Also, I love tomatoes and those were no points for a cup!  And goldfish crackers are decent.  I know this is a lot of information but we learned a lot we just needed to not pay for the membership fee anymore.

Oh and I have a recipe book with an amazing chocolate chip cookie pie recipe in it.  You can probably find it on their website or somewhere online.  Graham cracker crust, reduced fat Chips Ahoy, milk, and cool whip.  It’s very good! : )

One more.  I forgot to add about exercise and weight loss.  When we started I was 155lbs and I didn’t really exercise.  I think we stayed on it strictly for about a month and a half to two months.  The first week I lost about 5 lbs.  I was 141lbs when we stopped following it closely.  I do wish we had kept going or could get back on it.  That’s one piece of advice, once you get used to it, don’t stop!

I will add that if you get the website subscription and can look up recipes, the baked ziti is awesome as is the garlic chicken with brown rice (I think that’s what the second one is called)

I would really suggest real meetings rather than online if it is possible. The meetings may seem a little cheesy, but I find them awesome and fun now that I have friends at them. The meeting each week is a great new beginning every week, a time to reflect on what I did good and not so good, and to address any problems I have.

I find the #1 thing that keeps me successful on WW is not worrying too much about the program. I try to stick with keeping just low-point food, filliing foods only, in my house. This way, if I don’t track well, it’s not a huge deal.

I also don’t drive my car, I only ride my bike/walk. This insures that I have a ton of activity points each day. I normally don’t eat my activity points, unless it’s to get in my oils or an extra glass of milk.

I also workout on my Wii. And only drink water/ tea.

Also, my fav. thing ever is laughing cow cheese on Wasa bread. Mmmmm. Or brown rice, black beans, corn and salsa, all cooked together with a bunch of cilantro. Mmm.

ah okay. ive been on weight watchers on and off for about 4 years, sooo this time will hopefully be my last.

i do p90x every day (i am on week 3 and i love it so far!) and i also try to walk my dogs every other day (usually about 1-2 miles). about once a week i get out for a bike ride with fi and we usually go 10-15 miles, sometimes more (we did 27 one day).

for breakfast i like an apple and a fiber one bar (they are soooo good!), or in the winter i like oatmeal.  if i have more time i try to do an egg white omlette with cheese and peppers. yum!

lunch is harder… sometimes i do subway, sometimes a salad, sometimes i pack tuna salad and wheat thins and carrots. carrots are one of my faves bc they are a filling food and make me feel so full and theyre so good!

dinner. we try to grill out in the summer, filets, chicken, brats (not the best but okay without bread) and i always do fruit and a veggie.

water is essential to my weight loss… i always try to get in 8 or more glasses of water.

i started at a size 18/20 and am now down to a 16. i have lost 21 lbs (ive been back at ww for 13 weeks) my goal is about 70 lbs total. so i have 50 more to go. im hoping to be close to that by the time my wedding comes in 8 months ๐Ÿ™‚
