So I fell off the wagon last week, it was a super hectic week that I had to grade exams and do a presentation for research, and I indulged in greasy chinese food and didn’t track well at all. Also didn’t exercise so double fail. But didn’t gain anything which is good. Back on track as of today, and going running this evening.

Hello! I am joining you ladies<3 I did Weight Watchers three years ago and lost 15 lbs. Then I just gave up. Last year I lost 15 lbs again and then had my wisdom teeth removed so I fell off again. I am hoping this is the LAST time I have to do this! My HUGE goal is to lose 125 lbs. But my mini goal for now is to lose 50:) The reason I am losing weight is for better health, better confidence, and DH and I would like to have a baby within a year! I am doing the program from home on my own so I will definitely be on this thread looking for support from you lovely ladies! DH is also doing it with me. He needs to lose 50 lbs (lucky). I start tomorrow<3

I made Beanie Cheesie Cups for a cocktail party and they’re my new favorite party food. Not sure what it was… but yum! (first recipe here –> http://www.hungry-girl.com/weighin/show/1919 )

Also, we discovered that squid is 2 pts for 3 oz, and Fiance made a fantastic quick stir fry with a paste made from mild red chile powder and soy sauce. He had his over rice because he has the points (grumble), but I just cut my rice with an equal part of spaghetti squash and it was delicious.

Is anyone else having problems with points leftover in the end? I have 38 points and it just seems like so much

@Tswife4ever:  I have leftover points on weeks when I’m really really good about going to the gym and earn a lot of APs, but that’s about it. So far (hoping I’m not going to jinx it) I’m managing to lose while eating all of the points. I was reading a WW thread that said it’s different for everyone.

Date started WW: October 28, 2010

Starting Weight: 190 (currently 149.2)

Goal Weight: 146 (3.2 pounds to go wooo!)

Daily Points allowed:  26

Biggest Challenges: Eating out on business and wanting to eat EVERYTHING when I PMS.

Problem Areas: Used to be arms and back, now I’m really happy and working on toning.

Favorite WW-friendly food:  Baked/popped chips – helps with my salt cravings

Favorite menu/recipes: Weight watchers slow cooker lasagna, this recipe is to die for and doesn’t taste ‘diet’ at all!

Here is me currently minus 41 lbs!

If anyone needs tips or wants to chat about my journey/struggle (ha) drop me a message! ๐Ÿ™‚

@Tswife4ever:  Do you have weekly points left or daily points? The most important thing is that you eat all of your daily points. If you don’t eat those your body will go into stavation mode and you will stop losing weight. If you have weekly points left over that is probably ok, remember WW is about losing 0.5 – 2 lbs per week… Eating those 49 points will help you stay on track by letting you indulge so you stick with it – that doesn’t mean you HAVE to eat them!

Ugh still at my 145 plateau, I think it’s my 4th week here…not sure what I can do at this point but exercise more. Went running last night, can barely walk today ๐Ÿ™‚

So I have been absolutely awful at tracking recently, though I have been overall trying to be mindful of what I eat. Weekends have overall been a bust though. And somehow I magically went from my 145 month long plateau to 142 last week, and am still at 142 this week. So I’m re-motivating myself to get back to tracking and back on 30 day shred. I kicked off this week making mass amounts of Skinnytaste recipes to start off the week right!
