After a very long hiatus (and subsequent hiding from the bee because I was ashamed of my weight gain), I am back on track and down 3.2lbs this week. How was everyone else’s week? Do you ever avoid people (real, or online) because you feel embarassed by your appearance? I have panic attacks every time I go back home to the west coast that I am going to run into someone that I haven’t seen since the weight gain.

Last Tuesday I was down 1.6, but I am just really hoping not to gain this week. A friend of mine had two birthday dinners last week and it was the super bowl, so naturally there was fries, pizza, margaritas and hamburgers involved.

I am also on weight watchers! I know how you feel Mrs Meowerson, it’s really hard to see people and family after gaining weight.
I’m hoping to get back to my regular self for the wedding, and every day after!
