I’m at 171. I’ve been more active in my daily life, but I haven’t done any designated exercising, plus my birthday was this week so I might’ve had a tad bit too much cake. Still down a pound, though!

I’ve cut out coffee completely (my teeth were being stained) and I’ve only had one coke this week :).

Congrats on the the three pounds!

Down 0.6 which I’m pretty happy about. That’s 6lbs total since Labor Day. I also seem to have effectively stopped biting my nails (as long as I keep them polished). Yay self improvement!

This next week I’m focusing on more water and tyring to get back to the gym. I’ve been slacking for 2 weeks! Last week due to bronchitis, this week to to an overbooked social schedule.

@Mrs. Meowerson: Congrats on the 3 lb loss, it feel sso good to see those numbers go down like that!

@jo.lee: Congrats as well, having birthday celebrations and still losing a lb is an acomplishment.

I’m down about 1/2 lb, but I didn’t work out at all this week 🙁 I’ve been staying late at work and Darling Husband keeps waking me up really early on the weekends (he’s so cute, doesn’t like to be alone) so I’m too tired. We’re going away this weekend though and I plan on playing tennis so that’s good! Oh and I did walk home from work yesterday (45 min walk) so that counts!

@moderndaisy: I always get my walking in (1mile a day) due to my walk to and from the subway and my apartment. So at least there’s some daily exercise.

I also am horseback riding both days this weekend, so that should up the exercise part of things a bit.

Down 1.2lbs but I am not really doing anything and really need to push myself. I’ve been out of the gym due to the flu which hasn’t really helped. Oh well, hopeing next week is better.

@KatNYC2011:Yes, I totally count walking as excersize and that’s how I helped Darling Husband lose weight! He thought it was either join a gym or go running every day or nothing. We bought him a pedometer and he started to get off the subway a few stops early and walk more as well as eat less and lost a ton of weight! Walking in NYC is easy anyway, there’s so much to look at!

@moderndaisy: Exactly. On nice days I’ll sometimes walk all the way home from work, which ends up being a 3 mile walk!

Plus, I find going for a walk/jog in the park with one of my friends means I exercise a LOT longer than if I just hop on the elliptical at the gym. My park exercise usually lasts 1 1/2 hrs to 1hr 45 min, where as my in gym exercise is rarely longer than 45 min to 1 hr.

Down another lb.  Doesn’t sound like a great number, but since I am only wanting to lose 10 lbs I only have 8 more weeks of 1lb weeks & I am set!  We will see how next week’s weigh in goes with Thanksgiving this weekend (To all those Canadian brides!)

I never knew this group existed!

I started WW a week and a half ago. I’m down about 5lbs so far.

I did end up playing tennis this weekend, hooray! And if I didn’t have a completely empty fridge, I would go running tonight.
