I started WW on Monday.

My starting weight & measurements are: 130 lbs / 38-31.5-36

I will let you guys know how weigh in goes on Monday.  I know I don’t have a lot to lose & I work out a lot (5 times a week) but I definately am addicted to food & hope I can keep track of what I put in my mouth with weight watchers.

Hi ladies!

I have been on WW on and off for the last few years.  I lost 40lbs a few years ago (when I was working at a non-WW weight loss clinic) but when I moved in with my Fiance, I gained that 40 back plus another 50lbs!!

I topped out at 265lbs, but am now about 239.  I am 5’5 and I carry my weight well, but I am just not comfortable in my body.  I look in the mirror and my face isn’t the face I know.  My lowest weight as an adult was 178lbs, and I would be happy to get back there – but really, I would be happy enough to just be under 200 for now.

My wedding is in 4 months, so I am not expecting miracles, but if I could lose 30lbs by then I would be THRILLED!  I started tracking points again a few days ago and am hoping to be successful this time!  My have hypothyroidism and it is making weight loss SO MUCH HARDER than it used to be, so it can get a little frustrating.  Hopefully I can stay motivated with you ladies!

Yep, I have been on meds for just over a year – but in all honestly, they are NOT helping.  I eat quite well (very healthy, whole foods, zero fast food) but the pounds still stick.  I know I need to get moving though!  I have Jillian Michaels “The Shred” that I should be doing – but I just get so sick of her commentary…LOL.

hi everyone! first off congrats to everyone who has lost this week… since were all being honest ill share too! i started weight watchers 16 weeks ago at my heaviest weight ever…. 251 πŸ™ i am 5’6 and very well proportioned but i knew i was not healthy and definately not comfortable in my own skin (when i met fi 4 years ago i weighed about 175) Anyways i am currently at 225 and going strong. i lost 3.6 lbs this week!

oh and my ultimate goal weight is 150 πŸ™‚ i would be sooo happy if i could get down to about 180 before the wedding. i think i can do it! that would be about 1.5 lbs a week πŸ™‚

@pamphilia: i also have hypothyroidism so i know how tough it can be to get that weight off! i just went back to the doctor a few weeks ago and sure enough i had to have my medicine readjusted! it has helped me already; energy-wise especially!

I admit, that is an older picture.  That was the weekend Fiance and I fell in love and officially started dating!  That was 3 years ago, and I was probably around 180lbs.  But thanks πŸ˜‰

YES! Support! Here is MY story

I was always VERY tiny until I hit about age 14 and developed a serious run of eating disorders and ended up gaining close to 30lbs a year- reaching a max weight of 225. OUCH!  I started seeing a therapist and lost 30lbs and has been able to maintain that weight within 5-6 pounds for the past 6 years but I never lost that remaining 60.  I dont think i could lose 60 now, probably 50 is realistic.  I weigh in at 192 today. I’d like to be at least 150 for wedding bells. Now that I know I’ve fully overcome my disorder, I’m ready to kick these last LBs… It’s my biggest hurdle but with the bees support I know I can succeed!!!

@ChelseaLiz8: Good luck! I think we will end up being date twins (picking our venue this weekend). We can work together to lose the weight in the same time frame!
