Wedding is 4 days away & thanks to eating healthy & limiting my beer consumption I have lost 4 lbs since last Friday’s weigh in!!!! Plus it was “that time of the month” last week so I’m hoping I’ll feel comfy in my dress & not bloated! Just wanted to share with you what little changes can do ~ I have been eating watermelon in evening as my “snack” & then if still craving something I have a cup of decaf Spiced Pumpkin coffee with skim milk & Splenda!

Good Luck all ~ I won’t make this Friday’s weigh in because IT WILL BE THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING!!!!  Yippee!!!Smile

Hi ladies!

At my heaviest I was probably around 170-175 but have lost about 20lbs in he last few months. My mom wanted me to join WW with her and wanting to continue my success, I went to my first meeting tonight. Weighed in at 153.2. I would love to lose about 30 more lbs. Can’t wait to see everyone’s progress!

Good luck ladies, we can do it!

Hey all!  I saw this thread in the middle of last week and was very gung-ho…but I threw my sister a surprise bachelorette last Friday and I spent all day running around doing that.  Plus last week, I had a terrible weigh-in, so I was a bummer Cry

Here’s a little bit of my story:

I’ve always been a ‘bigger’ girl.  But by the end of last year, with law school stress and travels to Beijing (where I still don’t regretting eating all that I did.  yummy!) I was the heaviest I’ve ever been.  So last labor day I started Weight Watchers.  Up until this June, I lost about 20 pounds.  But then this summer I’ve been going through some hard stuff and unemployment and I gained about 8 pounds back.  Such a bummer!

But I went tonight (my normal weigh-in is on Thursday, but I’m Maid/Matron of Honor this Saturday, and we are leaving tomorrow morning) and lost 1.2!  I’m back on track ladies.  I want to lose between 35-45 before my wedding!  If I stay true to it, I totally can do it!  And I know you girls can hit your goals too!

Good luck with the rest of the week!

hey ladies – just wanted to jump in and say that I joined last night and today was my first official day tracking points and checking out the system – I have gained about 20 lbs recently and would like to lose them – I would love to hear some of your favorite, low points recommendations, and any WW advice that you have (I’m doing online only) See you Friday ladies!

I currently weigh around 185 lbs.  I’ve gained 40 – 50 pounds during the last year and a half.  I’m so excited now that I know that my boyfriend plans to propose to me next summer, but I want to lose this weight so that I can get back to the size I was when I first met him!

My goal this week is to go to the gym 4 days to do weight training and 30 minutes of cardio, call my personal trainer to set up an appointment within the next 2 weeks, and eat healther (no snacking on halloween candy or baked goods at work!).

Alright, my Monday official weigh in is 179.4 lbs.

Here’s to getting the work week off to a good and healthy start!  I’m so glad I found this thread for motivation and support.
