I actually just signed up for WW online 2 days ago! So i don’t have much experience as of yet to share…

However my mom has used WW before with great results. I suppose it all depends on what you put into it though. Good for you for signing up!

I have done weight watchers online. My only concern with it is that the programme has changed quite a lot and you get a significant number of points these days. I was finding that by the end of the day I would have a whole heap of unused points. and they say you should be using them all?

@Jilliebean1:  I wonder if it’s the same offer in the UK though?

I had excellent results and have kept it off.  Stick with it, be completely honest even if you cheat, and really give it a chance.  It’ll work.

I’ve been on Weight Watchers for 2 years now, though I do meetings instead of online. That being said, the Weight Watchers message boards are my #1 support system!

I’ve lost 55.6 pounds on Weight Watchers, and I LOVE it.

ETA: I have about 25 pounds more to lose.

Weight Watchers definitely works but it’s “slow and steady.”  This is good because the weight you lose, stays off.  You can expect to lose about 2 lbs a week.  Just stick with it and you will see results.  And it’s pretty easy, for me, to stay under my daily and weekly limit.  You really can eat whatever you want, but then should eat healthier throughout the week to make up for that McDonalds, or whatever.  And lots of food have zero points so it’s good to know you can stuff your face with certain stuff, without gaining points (most veggies, all fruit).

Best of luck!

I do know some people that lost weight with the “new” WW, but I didn’t.

WW totally changed their system a couple of years ago.  They say they have a new way to calculate points.  I found their old system 100% better – as I said, I didn’t lose weight at all with the new system, and in fact gained weight!  I was doing it with a couple of friends and we all had the same experience – they now give you too many points and there is no way that fruit should be 0 points.

I’m glad it is working for some of you.
