I am on weight watchers but for the last 3 months I have not attended any meetings and I actually stopped counting points a while back becasuse my Fiance bought a pizzaria! I loooooove pizza! So now I have gained a little and want to lose about 40. That’s what I gained when I quit smoking 2 yeats ago. Time for me to get back on that WW plan!

I’m joining in! I just started WW today. I did the old system back in 2006/2007 and lost 23lbs and was 125lbs. I kind of averaged and maintained around 132lbs, which was fine, but I’ve gained 10lbs on top of that this year. My goal is to get back to 125lbs, but maybe around 130. See, I’m only 6lbs under my start weight from last time, but I am much smaller still. I work out now and I never did then, so I think my goal should be around 130.

@MsYankee:  That is the one thing I wish I had done was take before pictures!! I’m about half way so I should start now! Ya look great btw!

I have fallen off the wagon the past couple weeks. I got in a car accident and totalled my car so I just wanted comfort food and booze. LOL I only gained probably 2-3 pounds over the couple weeks so I guess I’m in pretty good shape to get back on track!

@MsYankee:  You look amazing!

Alright. I have been awful about checking in here so I have some reading to do to get caught up. I’m doing well with WW currently. I hit a plateau for a little bit but I think it was largely due to some dishonest tracking in my part (long story short, got really lazy and started estimating portions/points). I didn’t think I was that far off, but when I started honestly tracking again after a frustrating weigh in, I realized I’d been a bit too lenient. SO! I’ve started losing again (yaaaaay).

The good news is! I’m down 33lbs! I’m really, really happy with myself.

How do you guys set a goal weight for yourself (if you have one)? I’m finding that the smaller I get, the lower my goal gets and the smaller I want to be. I’m hoping it’ll even out when I’m happy with my physical fitness and I’ll just settle somewhere. Just getting a bit worried that I’ll keep setting unnecessary lofty goals and then being disappointed if I really just can’t get to them.

Hey ladies! Can I join? I’ve been doing weight watchers on and off since spring of 2009 – Im down 65 lbs!! But i’ve been stuck in a plateau for 2 years… Its so frustrating! I can run 3-4 times a week and lift weights, I can cut out carbs, and nothing! I get the same results from making healthy meals and working out 4-6 times a week as I do with eating whatever I want, sitting on my butt watching TV all night. I dont know what to do!

Now im engaged and although I look much better (and feel MUCH better) than I used it, I really dont want to walk down the isle a chunky monkey with back fat poking out of my beautiful dress!

 I want to lose 40 lbs by my wedding which is about 1lb a week, so not unreasonable. But id honestly be happy with 20 lbs. I’m going back on weight watchers tomorrow, and need some help! How do you get over a big plateau?

Hey everyone! I want to join also! I started WW two weeks ago, and I have lost 3 pounds. My goal is 20 to 25 pounds. Right now I am eating most of my weekly points, but I am getting better! Everyone’s success on here is so inspiring!
