I am! Just re-joined weight watchers tonight! I tried on dresses yesterday…hello wake-up call! I wasn’t going to try on dresses till January but the oppurtunity came up so I put on a couple. I had been meaning to join for the last few weeks (months even, since I got engaged) and now it’s official.

I’m not trying on dresses again until I lose 20 lbs, ultimateley I want to lost about 40 but that’s not realistic to do before trying on dresses. I have done weight watchers before and lost about 10 lbs in the first 3 weeks, then 1-2 a week after.

I really like the weight watchers plan. It’s easy, it works and it’s healthy!

I’ll join in too.  I just went to my first meeting last week!  My second weigh in is tomorrow.  Are you going to meetings as well as doing it online or are you just counting points?

i’ve been going for about 15 weeks now (I first joined 2 years ago). I’m doing the meetings and online. I’ve lost 11.2 lbs so far – it took me a little bit to hit my stride. My big thing is not using up all of my points and to not mindless snack. It doesn’t matter if it’s only 2 points, 2 points on something not filling and empty might as well be nothing at all. I’d be interested in a WW thread too!

I am going to the meetings and doing it online.

In the past I used all of my points everyday. Even if it’s the end of the night and I have one or two left I grab something. Basically what I was told that if you have say 25 pts, that’s really only about 1250 calories, give or take obviously so you don’t want to starve your body. If you do have more then 25 points, then maybe it would be OK. I just remember at the first meeting I went to them telling me to eat all the points every day. I almost never use the extra weekly points though…that I feel hinders weight loss.

Looks like I’m going out to by some chocolate graham crackers!!!!!!! That sound amazing! I would love to hear of some other low point snacks that people eat as well. I am horrible for snacking!

Last fall one of my FAV snacks was crustless pumpkin pie. I would make it and have a slice almost every night. 1 pt per piece if you make it with splenda!

I’ve never tried frozed grapes but the ice cream sandwich sounds amazing, will have to try soon!

I just rejoined WW yesterday.

I am very excited.  When I saw that I was only allowed 19 points a day I almost died.  But it really wasn’t that bad!  I am excited & hope to see some results

I have 7 months to go until the big day!

Well today was my first full day back on WW. I’m so used to eating crap whenever (obviously my problem!) that I found myself craving junk throughout the day. I sit in class for 5 hours on Tuesday/Thursday (in the same room with same people) and most people grab munchies throughout the morning. I was good though and took a bag of WW pretzles (LOVE them).

Now I have a cool whip ice cream sandwhich calling my name from the freezer, looks tasty!
