Hey ladies! I know we just started this last week, but I’m hoping you’re still interested in the weekly weigh-in!
I actually joined WW last friday, and I weighed 177. This week, I’m at 173 :).
I have only had two cokes (one was diet!) since last Wednesday and I’ve gone out to eat twice. Those are my big hang-ups. I’ve also been exercising every other night.
How are you ladies doing?

congrats!!! 4 lbs already is such a great start. And it just serves as motivation to keep going. Keep up the good work!
I started Wednesday and my weigh day is thursday, so I will have an update next thursday :). I am hoping to lose about 15lbs. I have noticed that I eat so healthy during the wk, but just eat like a 12 year old boy on the wknds and when i go out with my friends. I see nothing wrong with 2 pieces of bread, salad, app, dinner when i’m out with FH.
Last night was my first test…out with girlfriend’s for pizza and wine. I had 10 points left in the day. I had 2 pieces of veggie thin thin pizza, salad without dressing, and 3 glasses of wine. I was stuffed, got a good wine buzz :), and only went over for the day by 4 points. Since i have those extra weekly points and i exercise, it’s really not a big deal at all to go over by 4 on a night out. I probably would have had 4-5 pieces of pizza if i wasn’t on WW :). I love how much more aware I am.
I’m hoping for similar results as you next week! Great job on a successful weigh in!
