OK, never thought I’d be posting something like this, butt…
After having my dress returned to the factory to be custom cut, it just came back and fits perfectly, except for one little detail… The dress is a trumpet style and looks great from the front and back, but I am very tiny and from the side I feel like it looks a ruler—pretty striaght from the top the bottom. I work out a lot and do have a nice little backside, but because of the thickness of the dress and the way it is cut, you’d never know I have any shae from the side. The dress is a continuous lace overly and therefore very tricky to take in. At my fitting it was determined that I could try and have the dress taken in at the hips/under butt area (which could look worse after messing with the lace) OR get some padded underwear, ala Kardashian.
So, I think the padded butt is my best option! Of course, I want it to look natural and not crazy… I just need to fill out my dress enough to not look so flat from the side. I was hoping one of you (anyone, please!) has had a similiar experience or knows enough about padded panties to suggest a brand or style for me. I don’t want anyone to EVER guess I am wearing a fake a**!!!!! Thanks ladies!

I haven’t done this before, but I think I’d try the same thing in your situation. Could you go to a store with different brands, grab some random dress that fits similar to your wedding gown, try them on and see what you think?

I have the BubbleBuns Boyshort Panty/Pad set. I don’t like it. It’s too tight around my thighs and too loose around my behind which causes it to sag down. Plus, you can see the outline of the pads in fitted clothes. If I wear them I have to wear some really tight shorts over them so you can’t see the outline of the pads and so they’ll stay up. I wouldn’t recommend them.
You might have a better experience with the silicone ones though (I got the foam ones) but if you have curvy thighs (I’m under 110 pounds, but have thighs that are big in proportion to my body) I wouldn’t recommend ordering BubbleBuns.

I know Spanx has some shapers with butt inserts.

Thanks for the suggestions, ladies!
I have seen a bunch of stuff online… I wish there was a store I could go to and try on, but I can’t seem to find one. Anyone know of a real brick-and-mortar store that carries padded butts?
