That has happened to me before, too.  Auto-refill had gotten turned on, even though I didn’t want it.  You can tell them to turn it off.  The refill message you get when you try to refill is because your insurance is rejecting it because it’s too soon, or because you’re out of refills until your next appointment.  It should be ready at your regular Walgreens, though!
