For my friend’s wedding we bought the bags at Micheals with a coupon. In it we placed advil, water bottles, mini zuchini and banana breads, maps, itinerary, list of interesting sites and restuarants, amd a personalized thank you note. We also had a basket of items at the front desk of toiletries that might have been forgotten.

I’d also like to know where the best place is to get cheap bags.  I plan on heading to Costco this weekend to pick up some stuff and figure that I’ll get bottled water, mini bottles of Gatorade, bags of chips and some sort of candy.  I’ll also add maps and stuff to do in the area.  My mom wanted to get Starbuck gift cards too.  When I’ve received the bags at weddings, the water and something snacky was always welcome when I got back to the room.

I bought my bags on weddingbee from a bride who didn’t use all of them.

We are putting in organic juice boxes, organic pumpkin cookies (made from me), exedrin packet, apple, cutie, welcome/thank you note, magazine on the area, and I think that is it…
