My fiance and I have decided to nix wedding welcome bags, as they would be really too difficult to deliver to our guests (we have guests from a variety of places and staying at various hotels). The being said, I am not sure how to hand out our afterparty invites and shuttle schedules to them…

At a wedding I went to, the hotel let the couple have a stack of handouts at the front desk that listed out the times the shuttles were going out. Maybe you could do that at each hotel you have a block at? Also list it out on your wedding website if you have one? You could also list out the information on your programs or other paper stuff you have at the wedding (of course, shuttles TO your location wouldn’t be listed though…).

Put them in an envelope and have the hotel hand them out to guests when they check in!
