One of the preferred vendors at my venue is Wenning Entertainment, which does both DJing and photography. My fiance (the photo snob in our relationship) wasn’t a huge fan of their photo portfolios. However, I’m intrigued by the thought of using them for their DJ services. Naturally, on their website, all of the reviews are ravingly positive. Have any of you folks used them? If so, what did you think?

I just got married last month, Eric was my DJ and he was AWESOME!!!!!!! Absolutely the best DJ I have ever seen. Well worth the money. The party was going all night, people were always on the dance floor. My cousin (who is extremely critical about music and entertainment) even said “Wow, this guy’s really good”. For him to SAY something is good is huge, haha.
Eric had Mardi Gras beads and leis to give out. He got our guests involved with different activities/games I guess you could call it. Just a superb job! Traffic was super bad the day of my wedding and my DOC got stuck in traffic on the way back from getting the ceremony started and so when Eric and his assistant (Alex I think his name was) were done setting up their stuff, they helped set up the rest of the room.
I used Apex Imaging Photography. One of my bridesmaids is actually married to Mike (the photographer) so that’s how I found him. He does great work (I can’t wait to get my storybook!) so there was no question about whether or not we would use him.
I posted a bunch of vendor recs in the area on here and if you have any questions send me a PM. Congratulations and good luck!!!
