Ha! My sister’s cake took a tumble when they were transporting it into the venue, so they had Ninja Turtle grocery store cake to serve. They had some great pictures with guests posing by the “Cowabunga” cake, lol. Congrats on getting married!

You served Cosco birthday cake!!!??? I would have stomped off if I were a guest because it was not a perfect Princess Day then.

Haha, kidding. Fun time!

Future bees reading this: that’s why you always call the week of and confirm with all your vendors (saves yourself stress if not the vendor actually forgetting).  Delegate jobs even the little ones – who’s going to take the boutineers for example.  And always have an indoor back-up plan in case of rain!!  I’ve been in two summer weddings that rained cats and dogs and had to be transported inside.  One girl was ready for this (and the beaty of the indoor room helped her pick the venue) and the other girl wasn’t – big difference.

However, I do agree that there will always be something unexpected and it’s best to just roll with it!!

This is what we have to constantly remind ourselves, or we will go insane. Thank you for this!

FutureMsM12:  Bride and groom experience mishaps all day long on their wedding day, laugh through the slap stick comedy moments despite the frustration potential, but end up married and riding off happily into the sunset, looking beautiful and happy. <3 Congrats to the two of you.

I don’t know you personally, but I have so much love and admiration for you right now! Like the cake thing would’ve sent me into a downward spiral right off the bat.  You have restored my faith in humanity…if anything ever goes wrong for me, I will think of you and how you didn’t flip your lid, even after all the mishaps.

Congratulations by the way!

Costco cake is amazing! Better than many wedding cakes I’ve had. Love your attitude!
