I have been wanting a white Christmas for YEARS, and finally we get one, and can’t even enjoy it because he is SICK! I know it’s not his fault (I was sick earlier in the week, so he actually got it from me) but normally on what would be such a romantic wonderful Christmas eve, he’s passed out asleep on the couch with TP up his nose.
We have been listening to the weather all day, and it is so bad outside a state of emergency has been declared for OK. All the interstates are shut down, and there was a 50 car (Yes, 50) pileup around noon.
It’s a complete disaster and there’s a 3 foot snow drift in the yard next to my car. I don’t think we’re going to be able to make it out tomorrow for the family dinner. It totally sucks. Oh well, at least we can open presents lol.

((HUGS)) Go outside and make a snowman or sip hot cocoa.. dope him up with some nyquil or perhaps some theraflu and maybe he’ll feel well enough to play…

Shoveling snow makes for a beautiful “bridal back!!!!” Sorry that he’s sick… my Mr. Man is sick too but he works at a liquor store and as you can imagine…. can’t take any time off at Christmas/ New Years. I hope you both feel better!

Well, I did the hot cocoa thing earlier, but that was hours ago so I suppose it’s time for round 2, lol.
And as far as the meds go, he has already taken theraflu, etc etc,…trust me, he does NOT do sick well. He has no interest in doing anything right now, meds or not. So I guess it’s just me and the cocoa.

Oh girl I’m so sorry he is sick! I think I ate something bad today because I have had horrible stomach cramps all morning and I just threw up. Yuck.

From someone else with TP up her nose, I just wanted to say that I hope your hubby feels better!
