I wore ninas – they worked for half the night. I have heard that the Cole Haan nike air shoes are like slippers!

I wore Nine West peep-toed pumps with 3-inch heels, and my feet felt great until mid-way through our reception, and I started wearing them around noon for pictures.

The only reason they started to hurt was because naturally, all the pressure was being put on the balls of my feet, and no one can wear heels for eight hours and not feel it! My toes and heels felt fine, but my “balls” were barkin’ at the end of the night!

No!!! Hahaha! I kicked them off halfway through the reception. My dress was long, so no one could tell. I wore 3 inch ankle strap heels.

Caparros Amaris – I ended up buying two pairs!  I bought them originally in Ivory from “Myglassslippers.com” , but then I found them at DSW in Silver (which I had wanted but couldn’t  find).  The heels were only 2 1/2 inches tall, and I loved them so much I wore them to the rehearsal dinner as well.  By then end of our wedding day, I was exhausted, but my feet did not hurt!

I wore some no name brand of shoes I found on Amazon that were only 2inch heels. I had zero problems with them (well, scratch that. I had to take off my nylons because it was making my shoes fall off, but I didn’t need nylons anyway since it’s a long dress). I wore them the entire day. I really can’t wear heels otherwise though. My feet start killing me after an hour or so. I wish I could because my legs look great, but literally. heels try to kill me… (its like I get jello legs or something and keep nearly wiping out when I wear them!)

I’d love to hear everyone’s answers to this as well. I’m considering taking the plunge on a pair of manolo’s and would die if they were uncomfortable midway through…

My Sugars were extremely comfortable all day and all night (and we hiked, danced, and generally had a fabulous time!)

I wore Louboutins, and I lasted in them about 8 hours. They were very comfortable given that they were very high, but 8 hours was all I could do. I had a cute pair of blue flats that I wore the rest of the night.
