These people make me SICK!!!!! The leader actually tweeted:
WTF is wrong with these psychos????? I can only wish this guy had been in the theater.
Apparently they went to protest a soldiers funeral today and the students of Texas A & M lined up forming a chain to block them from the outside of the church. I think I just became a Texas A & M fan.

Sigh. The amplification of everything that can go wrong with religion. They make me sick.

They are awful people. They came to my college years ago when a few kids were killed in a house fire and all of the college kids literally chased them out. I read somewhere that they do such controversial protests in the attempt to have someone attack them so they can sue. Not sure if there’s truth to that, aside from just having ugly souls though.

They’re pathetic excuses for human beings and I wish them all the pain in the world. Extreme, maybe, but only truly deplorable people do the things that they do.

🙁 I dont understand people! Why? just why?
and how the hell can you protest somebody who is already dead? damn crazy messed up people!

Nathan Phelps, Fred Phelp’s son, defected when he turned 18 and has become a really great voice against the WBC. They are awful people, but I try to take comfort in the fact that even people raised like that can see how awful they are and live differently.

@anabell465: This is true, I have been warned of this many times by people who know a lot about them.

Horrid, vile, disgusting, miserable excuses for humans is an understatement. They should rot.

I can not even begin to describe my contempt for those people. The horrors conducted in the name of religion astound me.

I don’t have enough words to describe my hatred for these sorry excuses for human beings.

I know they are horrible, miserable, vile people…..I just can’t believe even they would stoop to the level of saying they are thankful for a shooter that killed a 6 year old child. There’s a special place in Hell for them.

I’m atheist but even I know there is a special place in hell for these animals.

I’ve unfortunately run into the WBC psychos 3 times in my life. They are as crazy as anything and LOVE to get people angry over what they do. They are just a sad, brainwashed family with a handful of “followers”, feel sorry for them.

They do go out of their way to provoke people to do/say something to them so they can sue and make a big deal of it. They are the reason that American’s started the Patriot Gaurd Riders group. They are a group of mostly motercycle riding, vets, all-around-good-guys and gals and they go to the funerals of our soldiers with American flags so the famlies and friends don’t have to see WBC. They are told very strictly not to even look at the protestors.
I don’t understand how people can have such hatered towards…just about everything, to the point you would go and torment people whose lives have just been turned upside down.

What a waste of life for them. I can’t even fathom what it’s like to wake up every day and think ‘who can I fuck with in the name of God?’. *shakes head*
