I’m planning on going out for hibachi when Darling Husband gets home! I’m really craving it.

I put a pot roast in today. Smells great but when I’m checking it out, it doesn’t seem to be getting very tender and ‘fall apart.’ I’m going to feel like a domestic failure if it doesn’t turn out right.

Just had a casserole:  1/3 cauliflower, 1/3 broccoli, 1/2 brown rice shells, onion, garlic, half and half, parm, sharp cheddar, cream cheese, salt and pepper.  ALL organic of course!

Its friday which is usually an “I dont cook” day.

We have leftovr thai meatballs in the fridge.

My ears really hurt and I am craving melted cheese. maybe Ill melt some cheese on something. πŸ™‚  But I also feel gross and fat so that is not the best option either.

@jpalm13:  Itll get there! Patience and it will taste divine.

Left-over, breaded chicken with a side of pasta with butter and grated, Parmesan  cheese. I decided to add to that a plate of Tostitos with melted cheddar cheese and black and green olives. Laughing

@ClassyKate:  My fiance works on Friday nights, so I usually don’t bother with anything too amazing for dinner.  I just can’t get motivated to cook for just me.  Haha.

Tonight I’m having some veggie pasta (made with carrots and squash, according to the box) and a jarred marinara sauce.  I may add a little parmesan cheese as well.  See?  Not too exciting.

Tomorrow I’ll probably make a crockpot chicken meal for us.  It’s one of my favorites, and it’s really easy.  It can be found at: http://picky-palate.com/2009/06/08/crockpot-green-chili-chicken-and-rice/ if you’re interested in trying something new!

I have a cold, so I’m having leftover homemade chicken soup and I just finished making some WHO bread.

Last night I made chicken fajitas in the crockpot. Tonight I’m having leftover pasta from Olive Garden.
