Wanted to start a post to see if there is anyone out there who has a husband that does weird but funny things. I will start.
Its pretty common, but DH talks in his sleep. He didnt believe me so one night I recorded him and he and I were dying laughing the next day.
Not only does he talk in his sleep but he moves things! And takes things off the wall. Like last night, I have a wrought iron wall hanging in our bedroom and I woke up to him taking it off the wall, and I tried to wake him up to get him to stop, and he kept saying “im awake, stop, it must come down its making noises” And I thought to myself, yea he is not awake, but his eyes were open. So he continued to take it down, and quietly placed it on the floor and went back to bed!
When he lived at home, my SIL told me he once took down a poster, he took it down gently making sure not to rip it, then folded it nicely and went back to bed. Lol
Another time I woke up to him surfing on the bed, I said what are you doing??! He tells me he was trying to catch the wave.
Anyone care to share their stories?

My Fiance tells me all about how he is gonna sell chook scraps

Nothing too weird, he can be dead asleep and I will walk past to brush my teeth and say ” I love you” as I walk by, he mutters “iiiii looooove u”. When I’m dead asleep and he does the same I just snore. I’m surprised he responds in complete sentences.

My fiance twitches in his sleep. That’s how I always know when he’s drifting off. His leg will do these weird spasm things. I think that it means he’s dreaming!

He talks in his sleep at has full on conversations with me that make no sense. Not only that but he will wake me up and start talking to me while he is still asleep.

Mine talks in his sleep. The other night I’m reading in bed and he is fast asleep next to me. Suddenly I’m hearing ….burger, french fries… and a coke…I burst out laughing, he woke up, and I informed him that he was ordering McDonalds in his sleep.

My Fiance is from Poland (I am not) sometimes in his sleep, he’ll talk to me in Polish
He has whole body spasm’s
and my favourite is when you try to walk him up and ask him a question, but he’s still half asleep, he’ll give you the randomess answers. The other day I woke him up to ask what time we we’re supposed to leave to visit a friend and he said “NUTELLA!” and went back to sleep. I think he was hungry, lol

this is hilarious! DH sometimes makes sense, other times its gibberish.
he occassionally has spasms- the last time he had one he elbowed me right in the between my shoulder blades so hard that he actually woke himself out of his sleep and gave me a massage lol

Fiance sleeps sitting up! He sits Indian style, puts a pillow in his lap, and can fall asleep so fast! It really freaks me out when I wake up in the middle of the night.

omg that would freak me out too!!!

He snores like crazy! He thinks I’m making it up but I have to nudge him or jostle him to get him to stop, and hope I fall asleep before he starts again!

DH either has Restless Leg Syndrome or Periodic Limb Movement Disorder because his leg twitches in his sleep. He also sleeps with one leg bent up and it’ll start to fall to the side when he relaxes, and then he’ll jerk it back up.
Thankfully I go to bed earlier than he does or else I would have a hard time falling asleep to the constant jerking. 😉
