Aw man, I did just about everything (but the less expensive and less permanent versions). I love beauty rituals in general and have been known to get a little carried away before big events in the past, lol.

I did teeth whitening (Crest White Strips)

I did a facial with glycolic peel and extractions (I should do this more often, in general but I don’t)

Eyebrow tinting (with henna)

Fake lashes (strip, not extensions)

Hair weave (I wear those semi-regularly anyway)

I don’t have any need for fake tanning, but I did exfoliate every single dead skin cell on my body so my natural tan would be nice and even. Oh and I waxed this, that and the other thing! I still do eyebrow tinting and it’s about time for another round of white strips. And I use hair removal cream now instead of waxing.

I’m doing an at-home teeth whitening kit for sure. My coffee habit does not make for pretty teeth!

That’s pretty much it though, I am very fair skinned and look weird with a fake tan, and I have enough eyelash and hair to go around.

I tanned (ugh, not proud), whitened my teeth, touched up my highlights, got my brows done and had a hair and MUA the day of. Nothing too extreme.

I’m definitely doing a few rounds of at-home teeth whitening before the big day. Other than that, I *may* try to hit the tanning bed a couple times just so I’m not deathly white but not tan – just a normal human shade haha!

Other than procedures, etc. I’m investing in good makeup since I am going to DIY it. Heading to Sephora sometime soon to try out all the goodies and decide what I want!

I did professional teeth whitening as I wanted it perfect due to a false tooth. I also did Botox but that was for my underarms and I do that normally. I did a spa day where I got a peel, facial, body scrub, waxed everywhere and a moisturizing wrap.

I’ll be doing all of the above! tanning, teeth, hair, diet, nails, waxing and botox(just the one area between my eyebrows, I would like to have SOME visible emotion on my wedding day) 🙂

I don’t tan, so that’s out! I’m DIYing my makeup so I’ll likely be upgrading my materials- I’m looking into foundations like Dior and Chanel (I rarely splurge above Revlon quality). I’ll definitely be using false lashes and will likely be doing at-home teeth whitening.

Eyelash extensions, moreso because I just want them and a wedding is a great excuse haha

I want to try self tanners but I have yet to find one that doesn’t make me look really weird so I’ll probably do some of the last intentional tanning for the rest of my life. Not so I look tan, just so I don’t look dead.

I’m still a little less than 5 months out but have started monthly chemical peels which I’ll continue til 2 weeks before wedding, getting teeth whitening, and do Botox one month before. If I can find a good judverderm place and deal in the next month I’ll do that as well for acne scars. I get my hair colored and highlighted so I’ll continue that and my hair stylist will be using clip ins for the day of. I also do gel manicure so will do that. I haven’t had a spray tan I loved yet so might bite the bullet and have a private spray tan done instead of the booths or just self tan. I’m not getting eyelash extensions but will use fakes lashes day of. Hopefully that’s all lol

That’s amazing I burnt my back really badly in Ibiza when I was 21 and freckles are there now which weren’t before, I thought I was stuck with for life. How interesting thanks must find out if it’s available in UK. I had my teeth whitened professionally about 8 years ago and they are still the same colour now so we’ll worth going to a professional, I want my hair to be just past my boobs it’s past my shoulders now but not long enough so if it’s not long enough by summer 2016 I’ll have hair extensions. Will definitely get fake tan, dye eyebrows – might have eyebrow tattoo they last three years and look good. Will want flash eyelashes too and I think I’ll invest in some exfoliation in run up to it too!

I’m definitely planning on tanning (just once or twice to even out tan lines), teeth whitening (at home with Crest!), getting eyebrows shaped/threaded, and a gel manicure.

I’m also considering eyelash extensions – anyone with experience/tips? Is it worth the time and cost, or should I just get some falsies for the big day?
