OK I think I am weird…
I am not really into flowers. Plus, they are EXPENSIVE! So I am just going to have minimal flowers in my wedding.
Here is the list-
1. My bouquet.
2. MOH’s bouquet
3. Boutonnieres for Fiance, Best Man, My parents, FI’s parents
4. Boutonnieres for my grandma
5. Some Rose Petals
Am I missing anything?

You might ask your Mom and your Future Mother-In-Law if they want corsages. I was surprised to learn that it was VERY improtant to FIs mom that she have one….I almost didnt’ think to ask because I assumed she wouldn’t care.

When I met with the florist I had no idea how many people/things I need to have flowers for. In addition to what has already been mentioned, I need bout’s for my brothers (they might be ushers so that makes sense), flowers for my readers, apparently it’s customary to have a corsage for all of our aunts, actual small bouquets for my mom and Future Mother-In-Law, possible flowers for Flower Girl, altar flowers (will be repurposed at the reception), flowers for the Virgin Mary (Catholic Church), corsage for my friend who’s basically my DOC and I’m sure Im missing some.
Now, I’m having a church wedding so you may be able to get away with not doing everything I mentioned. But I was like you in thinking that there wouldn’t need to be many others than the bouquets and bouts for the wedding party.

I am doing a small backyard garden ceremony, so I am not planning to decorate the ceremony site….
How much was your original budget for flowers and how much it turned out to be?
