I believe they are fishtail prongs.  And I LOVVVVVE them!

@atreyu547:  I know this post is somewhat ‘old’, but I have those same prongs for my ring. I got my ring from MoissaniteCo.com, but you can find fishtail prongs other places by searching and I’m sure you probably have by now. I love how they square off a round stone or make it look more cushion shaped…keeping the sparkle of the round. Hope you’ve found what you were looking for, I just happened to run across the fishtail head while deciding what four prong head would square my round stone more.
