If it is Jaffa Cakes, you’ll probably have to ship them from the UK. Pim’s are avaiable in the US though, and they are just as good IMO.

I’m sure there are non fat free devil’s food cake cookie options. I used to eat those things all the time when I was a kid and never thought of them as a “diet” cookie. My vote is for that being what he was talking about becasue that is the first thing that popped into my head after reading your description. It matches perfectly.
