I’ve got triple chocolate, fruit and nut brownies in the oven.  Mmmm, yummy!

I am experimenting, something along the lines of banana pumkin spice cake. I have half an open can of pumkin in the fridge and 3 very ripe bananas. We’ll see what happens.

I’ve just blogged my brownie recipe from yesterday.  Shame I’m not very good at the photography side of things…

No baking today, but from tomorrow onwards I’m going to be baking all week for a charity coffee morning:

  • Chocolate beetroot cake
  • Coffee and walnut sponge
  • Basic vanilla fairy-cakes/cupcakes
  • Apple and cinnamon muffins (low-fat)
  • Oatmeal raisin cookies

Today, however, I am making an Italian-style crema ice cream. Next weekend I’ll be baking Christmas cakes (1x 8″ one for me and a few smaller ones for presents).

I’m making dips for my blog’s recipe contest. I saved the two most labor intensive ones for last (ugh, not sure why I did this). They both have meat and cheese and sound creamy and delicious!!!

It’s FI’s birthday so I’m going to bake one of those giant chocolate chip cookies because he LOVES them! Crossing my fingers that it turns out okay!

I’m making homemade pretzels today. I’ve been promising to make them for a while now.
