    I chose BIG I guess.

He requested tickets to Rock on the Range.

    Tickets are $149.50 each + hotel for 3 nights.. so roughly $600 total + food & drinks/souveniers.

I saw on pinterest a bag of nuts with a tag that said “I’m nuts about you” tied to it. That is what I’m going to do. He’ll probably get me chocolates and I’ll get him nuts. We will both be happy ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m gonna get him a new wallet, but that’s something I’ve been planning to do for a while, because his old one is falling apart. I’ll probably cook him dinner or something too, but we usually don’t do too much for v-day (except for last year when he proposed to me).

I really have no idea because my SO was sent out of the country today, totally last minute, for 4 weeks – which means he’ll be in India for Valentine’s Day, 9.5 time zones ahead of me ๐Ÿ™  I know he’s sending me something big and also ordered flowers to be delivered to my office (why else would he want to know my office suite number? lol boys.)

But the big box I planned to mail him is kinda… pointless for now. I guess I’ll put everything togeether and send it in March.

I think we’re just going to stay in. DH’s birthday is the 19th but I’ll be away with work so we’re going to celebrate it on the 15th. I think it would be weird to celebrate two nights in a row.

I think once I get his address in India I will go ahead and send him the card I bought, though. Write a sweet letter in it and figure out the joys of international postage haha!

Ours in unintentionally big.  We never do anything except change cards or small gifts.  But it happens to be the only night I could find decent tickets to see Carmina Burana so we’re going to see that.  If the tickets were available on another night I would’ve bought those.  I also got him a custom chocolate bar from chocomize.

Not much, I’m sure…I usually just get him a box of Twinkies, but I can’t do that anymore! Little Debbie makes “Cloud Cakes” that look the same, so maybe I’ll do that and write a funny note about how I tried…haha. We don’t make a big thing of VDay, but I do think it’s cute to celebrate in a small way.

Probably just a nice dinner at home, we don’t have time for much else. Happy V-Day to you all ๐Ÿ™‚

We’re going to Philly for the weekend, but it’s to celebrate my half-birthday, NOT to celebrate Valentine’s Day.  I’m paying for the hotel.
