(Closed) What are you doing to get fit before the big day?

We are having a very very long engagement (over 3 years) but I have joined MyFitnessPal, started watching what I eat a bit more and increase my exercise. Hopefully I will get down to and stay at a healthy weight by our wedding day 🙂 and by then I should have gotten into a healthy lifestyle, and be able to maintain it!

@almostthere92:  i started running in the summer too!! It was def. more mental for me. I am doing my first 10k in November. I also do bootcamp 3x a week outside by my house but thats over next week! My dilemma is im so used to going tonthe gymnstraight from work And changing there. Coming home i never want to leave. The reason i have to come home now is to drop off my ring! Im scared to lock it up and im scared to wear it and scratch the setting! So lazy me has to come home and go from now on lol!!

@almostthere92: I did the same as you, I started running. It stated two years before we got married as I started running the year before my friend’s wedding as I was a Bridesmaid or Best Man, a year before we got married. It worked though I struggle to get the motivation, but i’ve got the urge to go jogging this weekend, hopefully that urge will stay.
