Starting about 8 months out. LOL. This week I start using a dermaroller and a Vitamin C Serum.

I use a sonic brush 3 -5 times weekly in the shower and moisturize with a 50 spf right out of the shower. Also apply SPF to my arms and hands daily. I don’t wear makeup on the weekends unless we have nice plans. It gives my face a chance to breath.

The Fiance loves doing sugar scrubs and green face masks in the evening when I feel like it. I think he likes the green cause it makes him feel like Martian Man Hunter…

Edit I don’t know if anyone is interested but I will be keeping track of my derma rolling over the next 2 months or more with pics and detail on how my skin feels and looks. I could post it here as well is anyone is interested in this type of skin care. My sister, friends and mother are chomping at the bit to see how it does on someone in real life.

I got botox! Best decision. I’ve also upped the moisturizer. I plan on getting a facial a couple of weeks before that is supposed to increase the blood flow to the face, hydrate, and give you a nice a glow.

Vitamin E cream (30000 iu) each night, gentle cleansing, takin biotin everyday (it’s freaking amazing, seriously), zinc, copper and weekly mud masks. also plenty of water, “feel flawless” tea and sometimes a sleep-aid to make sure I’m getting well-rested.

I am a “Facial Every Five Weeks Girl” already. LOL.  I will probably amp up the microdermabrasion and enzyme masks.  I will deinfitely be waxing for the wedding and honeymoon, which is not my norm.

Biotin is definitely amazeballs, as it prematal vitamins.
