I’m at work but really want to go home and take a nap. So tired from all the wedding stress in this last week!

I am packing for our first family mini-vacation since I had our daughter 9 weeks ago. We are going to a working farm with the baby and our 8 year old where you get to help with the chores- milking cows, feeding pigs etc. Going away for the weekend used to be so easy…. not anymore!

I can;t imagine going away yet even for a night or two…one sleepless night from my son and it would be ruined lol. We are planning a weekend in paris in april just my husband and me…by that time I will be done nursing and thomas will be old enough to stay with granny. The farm sounds great, I would have LOVED something liek that whenn I was a little girl!

Throwing myself a pity party and being in a really nasty mood. I can’t wait to go to the doc on Wed!! I have a conference for work all weekend, and I’m trying to mentally prepare myself, but every ounce of me does not want to go

I’m at work, counting down the hours until I can go home. I don’t have any motivation to get my work done today.

I had a lazy morning. Got up with Darling Husband and made coffee and breakfast for both of us.
After he went off to work I watched some TV, continued with my job search, and relaxed.
This afternoon I went horseback riding for the first time since moving to the UK.
Glad I did it, but don’t think this barn will be my “home” barn. I’m trying another one this weekend and will try another one the first week of November.
It was nice to be back on a horse though.
Now I’m waiting for Darling Husband to get home from work and we’ll either cook at home or head out to our favorite local pub for dinner.
@loopy_lou: I had a day just like yours yesterday. Spent all day sitting around, watching TV and feeling down on myself. I also didn’t get up until noon and wasn’t out of my PJs until 2pm. Needless to say I had a miserable time sleeping last night.
Sleeping tonight should be no problem now.

@loopy_lou: I had a horrible lazy day yesterday too. I slept the entire day away, but I think I’m fighting something. My glands did feel a bit sore and swollen the other day. Anyways, today I went and got my oil changed, car inspected, and picked out an entertainment center (at Costco) for my new apartment. Oh, and I also bought a crockpot at Costco for $40. Yes, I’m SUPER excited. It’s a digital crock pot that comes with a dip warmer (for sauces and dips, obviously). Bed, Bath, and Beyond wanted $80 for a digital crock pot and $20 for the dip warmer. SCORE!!

Hmmm, today! Since the weather is pretty miserable (it’s been cold and rainy since yesterday morning) I’m in my room listening to Jack Johnson on Pandora, got my laundry & oil warmer going, and Zumba at 5! Oh yeah, I’m studying too. Yuck!
