I’ll probably throw together some micro-steamed Jolly Green Giant veggies and pre-cooked chicken strips. Yup, dinner in less than 10 minutes, and mostly healthy (except all the sodium in the pre-cooked stuff).

Eggplant parmesan, salad and birdseed rolls (they don’t really have birdseed on them, but it looks like it). We’re at my parents so my mom cooked.

In the meat I put an egg, mesquite seasoning, garlic, onion, and oregano.  Then I topped it with a slice of bacon-cheese.

Alas, just frozen pizza.  i worked late and the hubs has class on Wednesday nights…  But I’m savoring a terrific hard cider (that I’ve been craving for a week).

I think I’m going to make spaghetti and meatballs.  I’m really bad about finishing a whole bottle of red wine before it goes bad.  I’m determined to finish this one.  So I need an appropriate dinner to go with it. 🙂
