I start being a REAL PERSON and after almost countless years of school actually begin my career in November.  It means I can contribute to paying the rent and everything and not feel like a waster while Mr CL works all the time.

On a more minor and immediate scale, I’m going to the dentist tomorrow.  Whilst this may not excite most people, they’re going to be finally removing the last part of my braces (which I’ve had for over 10 years now) and fixing some staining which was caused by some gunk they put in my mouth when I had my wisdom teeth out, so I might actually have a vaguely attractive smile again (yay!).

I’m excited to be visiting Boston and my family this weekend (and going to Harpoon’s Octoberfest)! Other than that I’m most excited about looking for a new place to live and moving!

We’re off on holiday a week on Saturday. We’re going out to visit my dad in Ibiza, staying in a nice hotel and hopefully going to one or more closing parties.

I’ve got an exam the day before we fly out, so I’ll be glad it’s over.

Visiting my brother in Philly in 2 weeks. He just moved there recently and I have never been!

I’m also going to see Wicked with my mom in early November… Neither of us have seen it before and I’m so excited!

Finally, Darling Husband and I are hosting our very first Thanksgiving in our apartment this year for our parents/siblings. I am so nervous, but so excited!

There are deff a lot of great things coming up for us. Thanks for this post OP… It’s good to remind myself of all the wonderful things going on in our lives… Especially after the shitty week I’ve been having! πŸ˜›

– October! Scary Movie Fridays (every friday in october in our living room!)

– My birthday!

I am finally going to be applying to nursing school in December after 3 years of taking classes part time.

I am applying to new jobs and getting lots of interviews and hopefully finding a new better paying job soon so SO and I can take some much needed vacations and have money to pay for out wedding.

SO and I are looking around at apartments and rentals and all hoping to move in to our own place together soon.

First holidays with SO’s new niece! and First holidays with my mom moved back home in 6 years. I love fall so I have a bunch of fun things planned to do this fall with SO and our friends.

Also my brother got to come home on leave from the military for the next two weeks just in time to be around to celebrate when SO get engaged sometime in the next week!

This is a great post I was actually just feeling sad today about how it feels like I have nothing going on lately, but what a great reminder of how much I have to lookforward to!
