I’m feeling lazy tonight, so I’m whipping out the hamburger helper.

Ooo, sounds yummy! SO and I have been munching on homemade lasagna for the past few days, so we’re trying to lighten it up tonight by having rigatoni noodles with sundried tomato vinagrette, red peppers, onion and other veggies thrown in the mix.

Fiance cooked. We had people over for football. Veggies and dip, wings with homemade sauce and black and blue steak quesadillas.

We tend to do stuff in our slow cooker on Sundays, but we were too lazy to go grocery shopping yesterday.  We have butter chicken (jarred sauce) simmering on the stove right now.  We threw in a bunch of veggies with it.

@Pearberry:  Thanks for posting that!  Now I won’t be quite so disappointed when I try to turn it on.
