Nothing.  My DH just made a sandwich.  haha.  We’ve been snacking all day for Football Sunday so neither of us is very hungry. ๐Ÿ™‚

I made paella for the first time tonight! And homemade lemon cranberry scones for dessert. I got a new cookbook this week so I was experimenting.

The food network is dangerous for me. My husband is periodically subjected to my experimentation with new recipes. It turned out very rich, but I quite possibly might have added more bacon than the recipe called for….

I made my new favorite recipe: chicken piccata. Very simple, and delicious! (Especially if you like lemons)

@TwoCityBride:  Agreed. I can’t be bothered to cook a big meal if it is just me. But then again DH does almost all of the cooking anyway!
