DH is home for the night, so I planned on BBQing him a big, juicy steak with a baked potato and cauliflower.  However, with the rain we’re getting at the moment, that plan has been nixed–we’re ordering in Chinese, instead.

@MrsWBS:  ive been debating trying asian recipes heavy on the ginger – food AND a MS remedy. ginger tea has been working quite well for me so i figure in food it might work too

but for tonight…i could reheat meatballs but i dont feel inspired by them. im debating making asparagus soup or  maybe something with ground beef….burgers?

@newname_99:  ill have to try ginger. I have ginger shampoo which is supposed to help but it’s not!

Ive been crazing ground beef so much lately – before ms showed up! Now nothing seems good to me even when I’m hungry. I did get a pasta salad craving on the drive home so that was dinner lol.

I’m not making anything but I think we may be going to my mom’s. She said earlier that she’d be making a spinach pie. That’s perfect for me, and I’ll be full on two pieces, but I don’t know about my husband. He’ll have to eat some of that and then scrounge up something else to make for himself on the side.

Tacos are for Tuesdays people!  Although I could probably eat them 2-3 times a week if given the option.

We’re having tacos tonight!!!

BBQ Turkey Burgers with Apple Celery Slaw. Saw it in a magazine (Family Circle maybe?) and thought it seemed worth a try!
