Future Father-In-Law is out camping so we are using his BBQ! My Fiance will probably grill up some animal and I will be grilling up some homemaid seitan burgers or hot dogs, I haven’t decided yet. Also a veggie mix.

We’re having fish tacos.

White fish grilled with s&P, garlic and lime juice.

Warm tortillas and fill with: fish, avocado chunks, cabbage slaw (shredded green and purple cabbage), diced white onion, and plenty of Chuolo hot sauce!!!!
Grilled corn and mixed green salad on the side.

Dessert is blueberries and raspberries from the farmers market – yum!

We have so many leftovers from last weekend.  My sister’s boyfriend fishes a lot and brought me some georgeous mako shark steaks.  So we will have that and steamed veggies… wedding diet over here….:)

I’m attempting an enchilada cassarole. But I don’t think it’s going to turn out well…
