Nice!

I haven’t really thought about an entree yet…. maybe steaks? (DH loves Steak)

But I am gonna try my hand at making cannoli’s… they are DH’s FAVORITE and you can’t get them where we live. Hopefully they come out okay *fingers crossed*

I made him heart-shaped cookies and barbeque beef! The beef didn’t have anything to do with Valentine’s Day, but he did request it and I made it the same day as the cookies. haha

@MlleBrielle:  That sounds delicious. You can make me dinner any time.

@eloping:  Umm, amazing breakfast idea!

@runsyellowlites:  Wow. Let me know how that goes. If it works out, post the recipe. I’d love to give it a try.

Sigh, Darling Husband won’t be home from work until well after dinner time, but I’m making heart-shaped grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup for my nieces and SIL.

ETA: And pink funfetti cupcakes.

We cook together, so im not exactly making it FOR him, and are making filet mignon with a red wine mushroom sauce, twice baked potatoes, and little buckeye pops (store bought, I’m not a baker) for dessert. Can’t wait!

My Fiance never cooks so he made me dinner tonight since we are not going to see each other until 9:30 tomorrow night.  He made a chicken vindaloo in the crock pot, and it turned out pretty well!

We celebrated tonight because we are busy tomorrow. SO made duck breast with roasted pears and soba noodles in a Thai peanut sauce. It was amazing and delicious!

@Mrs Sarah McK:  Thanks! I hope the mushroom sauce turns out well, I have never made this particular one before but the reviews were awesome

PS – funfetti cupcakes are my favorite. And sweets aren’t really my thing, but I can’t let those cupcakes in the house or I’ll eat every last one lol

Lobster tails, smoked salmon and cheese mini twice-baked potatoes, garlic cheddar biscuits and cupcakes for dessert. Yumm – so excited for tomorrow night.

Cupcakes will have a brownie base, then a layer of strawberry cake with cream cheese icing.

Not so excited about hitting up the grocery store tonight and dropping money.
