We haven’t registered yet (too far out), but man, we are going to register for some really excellent knives, pots, and pans.

My fiance cooks. I bake. We’re working with the crappy cookware we collected during college. I am really excited to have nice kitchen things!

I LOVE to entertain so I’m dying for our fine china. I know it’s not super in style to register for, but I love a beautifully set table!

We received so many generous gifts at our shower, but what we’re most looking forward to (that’s still on the registry) are the good quality WÜSTHOF knives. We bought a block of about 20 knives for like $50 when we moved in together. Who would have ever thought they would have been junk 😛

Great knives will totally change the way we cook.

I’m done and married but I just wanted to say I <3 my kitchenaid so much. I know a lot of people say that is one “overrated” registry item because people don’t use them that much… and I probably have only used it maybe 8-10 times since I got mine in November… but when you need it it is SO nice.

@LMD84: funny, I entertain a lot and have used mine already a good amount, but I wasnt excited about it at all. I wanted it and knew I would use it, but wasnt excited. Maybe because Darling Husband picked the pattern out. I like it, but don’t love it. Its classic so that is good

I loved my Misto, my le crueset pans and I didnt get, but wanted, some of my sturage items.

@CorgiTales: Hmmm I have one and never use it. I cook a ton, but not bake. I love my cuisinart (the tiny one for everyday use). The big one I only use for shredding veggies.

This is going to make me sound crazy, but I really want the stand up can opener we registered for! Hahaha. We registered Sunday, actually, and I was like “We have GOT to get one of these.” I’m so sick of our little can opener that stops in the middle. I’m impatient.

I also really want the bedspread we registered for.

I’m a simple girl I guess? Fiance registered for a lot of cool kitchen thingys, because you see, he’s the cook in our family. Lol

@AmeliaBedelia: Oh my gosh, we just got our stand up can opener and it is amazing! We were constantly batteling because we had a stand up one FI’s parents gave us but it cuts sharp edges, and I have this hard to use hand crank kind that cuts smooth edges, so now the new one is electric and cuts smooth, safe edges. You’re going to love yours. Here’s hoping you get it!!!

Ok, soooo…it’s a toss up between my amazing rolling luggage that I’m pretty sure I’m not going to get because it’s like a bazillion dollars (it’s a wish list, right?), and the ice cream maker.  I think I’ll bank on the ice cream maker…but how freaking fun will that be?!  🙂

@lefeymw:  Ahhhh I wanted a misto!  Maybe I’ll have to add…
