What’s everyone bringing on their honeymoon? Anything special besides the obvious? (Lingerie, sunscreen, etc). I want to start packing now…like my passport, itinerary, lingerie from the bridal shower. What else should I start buying/packing now?

On our first cruise, the bottom of my bathing suit vanish from our room. I always suggest taking more that one bathing suit!!

Those little plastic suction cups are great for hanging up wet swimwear in the shower. I would really recommend two bathing suites if you can swing it.
Aloe for the sunburn is also a good one.
Here’s a link to a packing checklist.
Have a great trip!!

I was just thinking of this this morning. I came to the conclusion that if I were a nudist I could take basically no luggage and it would be a lot easier, LOL!

We don’t go anywhere without earplugs for the plane and the hotel (never know how soundproof the walls are at your destination).
Meds for nausea and diarrhea; for allergies (I’ve had allergic reactions so sunscreen and the meds allowed me to sleep without tearing my skin apart)

I got a prescription from my doctor for a general antibiotic in case of a UTI or anything else that may come up.

Bug spray if you’re going somewhere tropical
Adapter plugs if you’re going overseas
I always buy really cheap flipflops because I tend to forget them at the pool
Condoms – if you use them
Enough birth control pill for the trip (last time I went away I almost forgot this one!)
A small manicure set (make sure to pack this in your check in luggage and not your hand luggage if you’re flying!)
Hmm, can’t think of anything else but if I do I’ll come back and add!

well I’m staying in the UK so I wont need sun cream or adapters, but lingerie – and lots of it!!! and evening dresses – where we’re going period dress for dinner is mandatory!
