baked brie with raspberry chutney
mini meatballs with sweet and sour sauce
cheese with flatbreads and crackers

bread, tea, water, lemonade
cake is white chocolate pound cake with pink lemonade buttercream filling and buttercream icing

Yum! Everyone’s food sounds good!
Cocktail hour: haven’t decided. I’m thinking fresh fruit, crudite, cheese & fancy crackers, and probably some fancy dips. It’s only going to be about 30-45 minutes, so not going overboard.
Dinner: Creamy chicken marsala with side of pasta, roasted beef brisket with side of roasted sweet potatoes (I might make my fiance’s favorite “dip” for the sweet potatoes which is a spicy dill ranch), broccoli, salad & rolls.
Dessert: Cheesecake buffet with a few miscellaneous cupcakes & other treats.

It was delicious AND beautifully presented.
