monkey89 :  I definitely don’t think you ruined your chances, I think you made yourself look even more desirable as another company also wants you. In the job I am in currently, I was super honest in the interview and said that I would be needing three weeks off at Christmas (bold I know), and I have heard since starting that I was still the top choice candidate by a long shot. You have to be bold and completely honest, confidence is SO important in interviews and makes you stand out! Good call on saying they are your #1 choice though! Good luck I hope you get it!

I am kind of waiting on two things but they are both months away.. Am in the process of applying to 11 (kill me) universities for PhDs in clinical psych, and also for my Fiance to get his permanent residency in my home country! Hopefully by April we have some good news.

Only a few small things..

See my BF Dec 9th-11th! We’re long distance and see each other once a month ♥

Visit my Mum Dec 24th – Jan 1st. She moved a year ago and I haven’t seen her since. I miss her so much.

Right now I am waiting for Saturday to come, Fiance and I will be on our way to the Bahamas and I CANNOT WAIT!! I rolled my ankle a couple of days ago and fell down some stairs so I was really worried I would still be in pain for the trip but I’m doing much better today!

Sending positive vibes your way- I hope you get the job!!!

monkey89 :  Not very large. The males (which we’re getting) average around 22 pounds and 14-17 inches (per Google!). They look like beautiful fox dogs!

I’m really excited (but I have to play it cool so I don’t reveal it.) I cannot wait to see my kid’s face when he realizes!

ladybug55078 :  We are waiting on our home too! They told us today our building start date would be this month…all we are waiting on is the permits. Hoping they come in within the next few days so we can get building! Getting so anxious!

I’m twenty-seven yeas old, and have recently developed cataracts in both of my eyes. I can’t see very well at all anymore, (can’t drive, watch tv, go to the theatre, etc.) but my doctor doesn’t want to preform the surgery to have them removed until she figures out WHY I have cataracts at such a young age. (None of the ‘usual reasons’ apply to me, and none of the other dozens of tests I’ve had done have turned up anything out of the ordinary…)

So yea, that’s what I’m waiting for at the moment … for somebody to hopefully find something to explain these stupid cataracts so I can finally get them removed and get my life back. D:
