I am hoping to walk down the aisle too “Kingdom Come” by Coldplay.  We are going to have it played on acoustic guitar by one of the groomsmen (if he accepts!) 🙂

We are having a string quartet for the ceremony and cocktail hour.  The bridal party will walk to vitamin string quartets version of Jason Mraz : I”m Yours

I am walking down the aisle to “The Lovers Waltz”

I originally wanted to walk to A Thousand Years the strings version but it took too long for the song to “warm up” so my string quartet guy suggested this,  It has the same feel I was looking for.

Then finally we will walk down to Beatles : All you need is love

I’m planning on walking down the aisle to the song “Eve” from the Wall-E soundtrack. This movie has been one of me and my fiance’s favorites since a few years after we started dating. Plus, Wall-E is such a sweet love story. I think it’s just long enough for the length of time it will take to walk down the aisle and it has a special meaning to us. 🙂 For the curious, here’s a link to the song:

I downloaded an instrumental version of Jason Mraz’s song “I Won’t Give Up” and seriously that song gets me every single time.

My ladies will be walking down to Vitamin String Quartet’s version of “Can’t Help Falling in Love.”

my Fiance and I went back and forth about this extenxively. Finally, we drew up a contract with our guitarist :

Groomsmen/parents/Bridal party : “The Rainbow Connection” by The Muppets (just like it on an acoustic guitar)

Bridal Processional: “If I Ain’t Got You” by Alicia Keys

(FI made me a mix CD with this on it to show he liked me about 6 years ago. Kind of a funny story because I didn’t read through the lines, just thought he was being nice and making me a CD LMAO. We started dating about 4 years after that)

Recessional: “You and Me” by Dave Matthews Band

(our fave thing to do which we have done for years as friends is to see a tribute band of DMB. Also, we got together as a couple after one of their shows)
