I was also trying to decide if I should use this song for my walk down the aisle or for my first dance!

Here There and Everywhere by The Beatles. A very close musician friend of ours played it on guitar/sang.

I walked up the aisle to Sting’s “My One and Only Love”. We picked it out together from a list of potentials that included Frank Sinatra, Sia, Led Zeppelin, and Zero 7.

Prince of Denmark’s March because our church won’t let us having the “here comes the bride” because it’s originally written for an opera they don’t agree with. Lame.

Not engaged yet but I’ve always pictured myself walking down the aisle to Coldplay’s Yellow. It’s been my all-time favorite song since the very first time I heard it and one of my verymost FAVORITE moments in our relationship was centered around the song. I love Vitamin String Quartet’s version, so I’m sure it will probably be that.

I wish that I could have had live musicians but it just wasn’t in my budget, so I used a CD – all my music was taken from this: http://www.amazon.com/Classical-Wedding-Various-Artists/dp/B000000V1V
I had them play the first 15 seconds of track 15 (the fanfare) before I started walking. It was pretty epic.

I’ll be walking to Expressions by Helen Jane Long. We’re getting married in a Catholic church so they are pretty strict about what music you can use. But since the piece is classical, it’s ok.
